My name is Jessica Chavez and I’m the Director of Clinical Services. I’ve been a part of Accountable and the exceptional clinical team for about a year.  I’m a Registered Nurse with over 17 years of Perioperative nursing experience in hospitals of all sizes both stateside and overseas. I’m an Army Veteran with over 20 years of military service.

Prior to joining Accountable, I served as a Medical/Surgical and Operating Room staff nurse, nurse manager of Operating Rooms, Post Anesthesia Care Unit, and Ambulatory Surgery Center, Chief Nurse for the Department of Surgery, and a school nurse.  I’m a quality-focused, efficiency-driven leader well versed in The Joint Commission, Standards Compliance, Performance Improvement, and Patient Safety.

Daily, I strive to bring my industry expertise and experience to Accountable, where I can contribute to its continuous growth and success! I’m very fortunate to be a part of the clinical team!

Jessica is the newest member of the Clinical Team. She has been with Accountable almost one year and has fit in beautifully with the team. Jessica has a military background and strong experience in the Operating Room. Her experience compliments that of the rest of the team. Along with reviewing clinical complaints and pre-hire approval requests, Jessica has been doing Clinical training for new hires to Accountable. I hope everyone takes the opportunity to get to know Jessica. She is a great addition to Accountable and the Clinical Team.
