Your recruiter works closely with you to find the right position and provides ongoing support. We have 24-hour phone service for help with housing or any other issues. We also have a clinical liaison to support you on the job.
Accountable offers higher than average pay, affordable medical, dental, and vision coverage, and a 401(k). We also provide fully furnished, 100% paid housing. In addition, we offer weekly (not daily for TN) pay and bonuses such as sign-on, referral, extension and annual loyalty. Assignments range from 4-13 weeks with extensions that can last 26 weeks if you choose.
If you don’t want to travel, but need regular hours, local contract nursing is a great choice. Local contract nursing with Accountable can offer more flexibility than working for a healthcare facility directly. Contracts are about 4-13 weeks long and include comprehensive benefits if you work 30-40 hours per week.
